Return Policy – Venus Maris
At Venus Maris, we take great pride in the quality of our fragrances. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure your experience is as luxurious and seamless as our scents.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Reporting an Issue
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
Order number
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Description of the issue

3. Return Approval
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping may be covered by us in case of damage or wrong item delivery.
4. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a replacement, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
